This scenario is a sub-scenario of "Risk Management" which considers how the risks are planned and identified during the planning phase (and later updated during the construction, but at a much slower pace).

Specification of the risks (from risk_management). There should be an application so that the risk manager (from risk_management) can easily convert a task (from scheduling) to a risk (from risk_management) and capture the additional information such as the risk zone (from risk_management).
There should be also a risk (from risk_management) management application so that the risk manager (from risk_management) can also create, list and modify the risks (from risk_management) (together with the risk zones (from risk_management), time span etc.).
Mind that a risk (from risk_management) needs not be necessarily associated with a task (from scheduling).
The risk manager (from risk_management) inputs the initial set of risks (from risk_management) already known during the planning.planning

The distribution of the risks (from risk_management) over their risk levels (from risk_management) should be displayed along with the number of risks identified.
We also need to display the corresponding distribution of the tasks (from scheduling) and their associated risks (if the tasks (from scheduling) are already available during the planning phase).
