This scenario covers the case when an actor (from actor_management) manually captures an image (from digital_reconstruction) to document the state of the construction site.

GPS location🔗
This is the 3D location of a world as measured by the GPS of the user's device.
Scenario🔗
As-observed🔗
We provide a web page that the user can update the image to.
We rely on the timestamp and the GPS location embedded in the image.
We convert the GPS location to site coordinate system (from evolving_plan). We assume that we pinned down the mapping between the GPS locations and site coordinate system (from evolving_plan) during the configuration of the system.
The source of the images (from digital_reconstruction) are related to the actor (from actor_management) who made the images (from digital_reconstruction).
(There is some need for tuning in "Unique Resource Identification", but this is as good as it gets for a first sketch.)
